SHIPPING FAQ

Return/Refund Policy:

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. Bantam Bagels will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival please reach out to us immediately at shipping@bantambagels.com

How long will my bagels and pancakes stay fresh?

Our mini stuffed bagels and pancakes come frozen and shipped on dry ice. Once they arrive, both bagels and pancakes are good to stay in the freezer for up to 18 months from production date.

How do I reheat my mini stuffed delights?

It’s simple!

To Reheat: Defrost & Toast. 

Defrost: For best results, allow Bantam Bagels to defrost overnight in your refrigerator. Bantams may be kept up to a full week in the refrigerator. Alternatively, defrost from frozen in the microwave for 15-20 sec (for 1-2 / add 15 sec per additional bagel). 

Toast: Toaster Oven for 3-4 min, or Oven – 400 degrees for 7 minutes.

When will my package be sent out?

Our shipments are sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with the cut off for shipments shipping on Wednesday being Tuesday night at midnight EST! That said, while we make every effort to send your bagels on the first possible ship date, we ask that during  high volume spikes (e.g., after a tv event or major sale, holiday seasons), you allow up to 10 business days for us to process and send your order. Please know that we very much appreciate your patience and understanding!

How will my Bantams come packaged?

Your mini stuffed bagels will arrive in single flavor 6-packs packaged in a cardboard box.   Since they are shipped frozen,your order will be in a custom cooler packaged with dry ice. All orders are shipped to with 2 day transit. The box does not come gift wrapped.

Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely! There is an option to add a gift note at checkout. (Payment totals will not be included in your pack slip, don’t worry!)

Can I order different flavors?

Unfortunately, your only options for shipping orders are the current varieties on our national shipping page. Both Oprah and the business moguls of Shark Tank loved these flavors, and we just know you will too! While we work to make additional flavors available online, we ask that you visit our bakery on Bleecker Street to sample all of our other exciting flavors.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Unfortunately, you cannot. In order to ship to multiple addresses, we ask that you enter each address as an individual order. If you create an “account” on our site, your info will be saved, so you won’t have to type in your information over and over again!

 

AUTO SHIPPING FAQ

Where can I manage my subscription?

On our home page there is a Log In icon. Please enter your login information here and you will be directed to our Customer Dashboard. Here you will be able to see all subscriptions, bill dates & ship dates.

Can I skip a month?

Sure thing! We will send out reminders 5 days before each order is charged and shipped. This is the perfect time to login to your Customer Dashboard and skip your month and you will not be charged

Can I adjust the flavor on my subscription?

Absolutely! Located on the Customer Portal, you will see the option to "edit" your subscription. This feature allows you to change both the frequency of the subscription as well as the flavor you've chosen :)

How will my order ship?

All of our online orders ship frozen 2 day on Dry Ice via FedEx. The dry ice may dissolve in transit resulting in an empty bag upon arrival, that is OK! As long as your product is still cold to frozen you are able to put in the freezer to enjoy down the road or put it straight in your fridge to enjoy in the next few days

Can I cancel my subscription?

Sure! While we would had to see you lose out on the savings and convenience of Bantams delivered straight to your front door, you are able to cancel at not charge. Simply log on to your Customer Portal prior to the bill date and cancel the subscription.

When will I get charged? 

You will get charged the same day every month, right before your order ships! We ship our products out Mon - Wed to ensure that they arrive to your front door within 2 days and have no weekend delays.
