How long will my bagels stay fresh?

Our bagels come frozen, which means that if you store them in your freezer, your Bantams will stay fresh for up to 7 months!

How do I reheat my bagel balls?

It’s simple! To Reheat: Defrost & Toast. Defrost: either in the microwave for 15-20 sec (for 1-2) / 30-45 sec (for 3-6) or in your refrigerator overnight. Toast: in the oven – 400 degrees for 6 min – or in the toaster oven for 3-5 min. The key is to make sure your bagels have defrosted before toasting for the best overall taste.

When will my package be sent out?

Our shipments are sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, since we cannot risk your precious bagel balls sitting in a UPS warehouse over the weekend :). That said, while we make every effort to send your bagels on the first possible ship date, we ask that during rare high volume spikes (e.g., after a tv event or major sale), you allow up to 10 business days for us to process and send your order. Please know that we very much appreciate your patience and understanding!

How Will my Bagels come packaged?

Your mini stuffed bagel balls will arrive in single flavor 6-packs. Since they are shipped frozen, in custom coolers with dry ice, your Variety Pack will be sent in a maximum of 2-day transit to preserve freshness. The box does not come gift wrapped.

Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely! There is an option to add a gift note at checkout. (Payment totals will not be included in your pack slip, don’t worry!)

Can I order different flavors?

Unfortunately, your only options for shipping orders are the current varieties on our national shipping page. Both Oprah and the business moguls of Shark Tank loved these flavors, and we just know you will too! While we work to make additional flavors available online, we ask that you visit our bakery on Bleecker Street to sample all of our other exciting flavors.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Unfortunately, you cannot. In order to ship to multiple addresses, we ask that you enter each address as an individual order. If you create an “account” on our site, your info will be saved, so you won’t have to type in your information over and over again :).

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our product, our bagels are shipped incredibly carefully, with 5lbs of dry ice, custom coolers, and stringent “perishable” shipping specifications through UPS. That said, unfortunately anything that we send out may not be sent back to us for a return. Oprah, The Sharks, and thousands of folks across America have tried and loved our bagels, and we just know that you will too!
